A little something I did while practicing drawing Tiana. I think she is amazingly well-designed, she looks so simple and fresh and so cool at the same time! We must thank mr. Mark Henn (he worked on Ariel, Belle, Jasmine and Mulan).

That explains a lot that he had animated Mulan...I think Tiana is like a black version of Mulan.

Well, of course Henn's style is perfectly recognizable, but I think there are many differences between Tiana and the other Disney girls he animated... I mean, their facial features are completely different. Btw yes, Tiana moves just like Mulan, and it is just so cool!

I think thats what I had meant. I know when I had seen the first trailer, that is what I thought. She moves just like her and has a certain face that is identical to the one Mulan makes.

Mark Henn is one of my all time favourite animators, along with Glen Keane.

This will come in very handy, you got her spot on.
